Frozen Peach Lemonade
This frozen peach lemonade is the perfect refreshing beverage to cool you down this summer! Sneak in some vodka for a delicious adult version!
This recipe requires just 4 ingredients, a blender and 5 minutes. Simply throw some frozen sliced peaches, fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar and ice cubes into a blender and blend away. How easy is that?!?
This recipe is very versatile. I used peaches, but you could easily swap them with any fruit you like. There are so many options: mangoes, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, pineapple, nectarines, melons, apricots, etc. Or you can try it with fresh lime juice instead of lemon juice and make a frozen limeade.
Frozen peaches give the lemonade a slushie consistency. If you would like to use fresh peaches, slice them, put them in a zip lock bag then freeze until solid.
Adjust the sweetness to your own preference. Before you remove it from the blender, taste it to make sure it’s sweet enough for you, and if needed, add a little more sugar. You could also sweeten the lemonade with a simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water) or honey.
This frozen lemonade is a great drink for parties, outdoor barbecues or to sip by the pool. Prepare it ahead of time, freeze it and blend it again for a couple of minutes when you are ready to serve it.
