Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Peanut butter banana ice cream: 2 ingredients, no dairy, no added sugar, vegan and super healthy. Only 150 calories per serving.

Prep time doesn't include chilling time

  • 2 ripe bananas cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Optional: roasted peanuts chopped
  1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Place them on a plate and freeze until solid, around 2 hours.
  3. Once frozen, put them into a food processor and blend until creamy.You can scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Add the peanut butter and blend until incorporated.
  5. Serve immediately or place in a container in the freezer.
  6. Before serving sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  7. Enjoy this creamy peanut butter banana ice cream!
