  • 1 cup (90 grams) old fashioned oats or gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup (85 grams) honey or agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons organic peanut butter crunchy or creamy
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  1. Stir all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until well incorporated.
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls.
  4. Store the chocolate peanut butter energy bites in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
