Super Green Breakfast Smoothie
If you’re short on time in the morning, a super green breakfast smoothie is just what you need. You can whip up a healthy, filling and nutritious breakfast in a matter of minutes with just 4 ingredients.
Green smoothie is the perfect way to start your day – you get your greens, vitamins, minerals and fiber all in one glass!
This super green breakfast smoothie is made with spinach, cucumber, papaya, and coconut water.
The spinach gives the smoothie the beautiful green color, the coconut water and papaya add a burst of tropical flavors.
Smoothies can last up to two days in the fridge in an airtight jar. You can even assemble it as a smoothie pack and store for up to a month in the refrigerator. Place all the ingredients, except the coconut water, in a large ziplock bag . Remove all air, seal the bag and freeze. When you are ready for a smoothie, dump the bag into your blender, add the coconut water, blend and enjoy!
Some of my other favorite smoothie recipes that you may enjoy are the Green Spirulina Smoothie Bowl and the Green Apple Pie Smoothie. Give them a try and let me know what you think! Leave a comment or take a picture and tag it #aseasyasapplepie on Instagram!
