It’s super healthy, packed with good for you ingredients, refreshing, and it tastes great too. Just look what these ingredients can provide for you: fibers, antioxidants, vitamins, amino acids, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, zinc, folate, selenium, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids.

If you don’t like some of the ingredients, feel free to switch them out for something else. The great thing about smoothies is that you can put pretty much whatever you want in them, there is no right or wrong. Pick your favorite fruits, vegetables and seeds; add some milk, water or juice; blend on high; grab a straw and drink up!

This mixed berry detox smoothie is super healthy, packed with good for you ingredients, refreshing, and it tastes great too.


  • ¾ cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup (155 g) mixed berries frozen
  • ½ cup (60 g) fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup (10 g) baby spinach
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • the juice of half lime
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  • Enjoy you mixed berry detox smoothie!
