A super easy, fresh, healthy and colorful Mango Avocado Salsa that comes together in just a few minutes.

Loaded with sweet mango, creamy avocado, crunchy red bell pepper and onion, tangy lime juice, fresh cilantro leaves, and spicy jalapeño, this mango avocado salsa has the perfect combination of textures.

With just seven ingredients (without counting salt), it’s very easy to make! Simply chop up your ingredients, throw them in a bowl, drizzle with lime juice, stir and you are good to go! I like to let my salsa sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

It goes great with tortilla chips, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, or you can even eat it with a spoon like a salad!

Customize the recipe to your personal preferences. Add the seeds of the jalapeño if you are looking for more heat, and feel free to adjust the lime, and salt to taste.

You can store the salsa in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days. If you are making this ahead of time, I would suggest adding the avocado just before serving.

Add this mango avocado salsa to your Cinco de Mayo menu, I am sure it will be a hit!

I’d love to hear what you think if you give it a try! Leave a comment and don’t forget to take a picture and share it on my Facebook page or tag it #aseasyasapplepie on Instagram!
